LO LO MAI SPRINGS RESORT GUIDELINES
 

1. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY:

Reservations include only guests paid for in advance.  Visitors may be allowed when the park is not at capacity, but a day use fee will be required.  No visitors will be allowed on holiday weekends or other high use times.

2.  CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is between noon and dark for RV and tent sites and between 3:00 PM and dark for cabins.  Check out time is 11:00 AM.  When checking in please stop where marked, turn off your engine and proceed to the office.  Late check-out might be available for an additional fee.  

3. CUTTING OR GATHERING OF WOOD, LIVE OR FALLEN, IS PROHIBITED:

No chain saws, hand saws or axes are allowed in the Park (except by Lo Lo Mai staff).  Firewood can be purchased on property.  Fires are permissible in existing fire rings only and must not be left unattended.  Do not move fire rings from the spot where you find them or build new ones.  Please put your fire out thoroughly with water (not dirt).

4. PETS:

Pets must be kept on a standard leash at all times when not in your RV, tent, or cabin. Dogs may not be left unattended at any time.  Owners must clean-up after their pets immediately.  Animals are not permitted in any building, facility or pool area.

5. NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY:

There are no lifeguards on duty anywhere on property at any time.  Children are not allowed in the pool or creek areas without adult supervision.  No glass or radios are allowed in the pool or creek areas.

6. WILDLIFE:

We treasure the wildlife at Lo Lo Mai, and they are not to be harmed in any way.  Guns, bows and arrows, sling shots, etc…  are not allowed. Skunks and raccoons are common at the park.  Please be aware of this, especially if you bring pets.

7. 5 MPH SPEED LIMIT/MOTORIZED VEHICLES:

The speed limit is 5 MPH, and this rule is strictly enforced.  No motorized vehicles of any kind may be operated on the resort except to arrive and depart the property.


8. SMOKING:

There is no smoking allowed in any of our buildings or within 25 feet of any of our buildings or facilities (as required by the State of Arizona).  Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

9. QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are from 9 P.M. to 9 A.M, but please respect the privacy of your neighbours at all times.  Outdoor radios may not be used on property.
