How are rates determined?

Price is determined by length of RV (if applicable) and the number of adults, children (ages 2-17), and pets in the reservation. Extra charges apply for 5th wheels and toy haulers. Rates are the same year-round.

What is your cancelation policy?

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the arrival date are eligible to receive a refund of the amount paid minus 20% or $20, whichever is greater. Or you may save your deposit for a future stay credit (with restricted dates). If you decide to cancel within 14 days of arrival, there is NO refund, date changes, or future stay credit.

Can I reserve a specific site?

If you have stayed with us before, or walked our property, you may request a site. If you haven’t stayed with us before you can make a general request, such as, full hook up (water, electric, and sewer) or near creek. But requests are NOT guaranteed.

Can I make a group reservation?

There is a four family maximum for group reservations. Each party is responsible for making their own reservation (including payment.)

When is check-in time?

Check in time for cabins is from 3pm to 5pm November-February and 3pm to 6pm March-October.

Check in time for RV and tent sites is from 12pm (noon) to 5pm November-February and 12pm (noon) to 6pm March-October.

Check out time is 11am.

Do you have a weekly rate or monthly rate?

No, we only have a daily rate.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is available near the office and clubhouse area. You will not have Wi-Fi at your campsite. When we are at high capacity, the system can be slow.

Do you have cell service?

A Verizon booster is located in the office and clubhouse area, but expect to not have cell service at the park.  

Do you have cable?

We do not have cable, and the beautiful trees block satellite signal at most sites.  We do, however, have hundreds of DVDs that are free to borrow.
